Brothers Volunteers Continue to Support the Locals of Bakhmut Area

November 11th, 2022, Brothers Volunteers ministry update from Sergei Severin:

Three days in a row from dawn and darkness immersed in places where it is cold, scary, sad, painful, and where these terrible whistling-rustling-different caliber artillery-pro-putin-“liberating” from everything “operations” called “destruction” fly.
The car is full, many thanks to you, friends.
Heating stoves, warm clothes, hats, warm gloves, blankets, fresh bread, water, vegetables, candles, batteries, flashlights…
This is very valuable for people in those places, and attention and care are priceless. It warms the heart that they, people, are needed by someone…
How wonderful it is when you are in trouble, and there is someone who is ready to help you.

And there is trouble. These three days we were in Bakhmut (beyond the Bakhmutka River), Siversk, Rudnyk!
There are many people and many children – this breaks the soul. We offer to take them out, we give out our phones so that they call when they decide that they need to leave. For many and different reasons, sometimes ridiculous, they stay there, but it is wrong to leave them, it hurts for them.

I always think: after all, God has mercy on me, a fool, and I am no better than the most stupid or any negative element of society, as I was before.
God gives and we must, if we are His and want to be with Him…
Therefore, tomorrow we will go, with our trust in God still, and for ourselves we will die a little more, because there are heating stoves and bread… for these people in these killing places.
The car will be full.
May God be with us, but we must be with Him too!…
